1-By placing order on our website www.myamberhairluxury.com you are offering to purchase a product and subject to terms and conditions . All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
2-When placing an order your undertake that you are 18 years and above with all details provided to be true and accurate
3-Amberhairluxury is responsible for all Paypal and other means of payment transactions on our website on a secure encrypted platform .
4- Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as delivery times are subject to any delays resulting to postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
5-We currently offer free delivery on UK Mainland purchases above £150 (One hundred and Fifty pounds) using Royal Mail First class signed for delivery. Free Delivery services are only available on " Full priced items and not in conjunction with any " Promos, discounts and Offers". All promos, discounts and offer attract postal fees within the UK.
6- All Customised products take longer processing times. This is common on the "Colored bundles" and specific HD frontals ( Deep Curly, Water Wavy, Deep wavy) . Please give 5-8 working days for this type of order. And due to the tailored/customised nature of these products we offer no refunds/ exchanges on them.
7- Please verify the exact hair product/type you wish to purchase from your stylist before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for errors made after purchase.
1-Due to the nature of our products , ALL SALES ARE FINAL . Refunds are not allowed however exchanges can be made subject to the terms . In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product we are happy to exchange within 7 days with another product.
2-Frontals are very fragile by nature because they are handmade; thus we are not liable for shedding, tangling, bleaching or improper use of the frontal; There are no exchanges or returns on ALL frontals. Extreme care is advised when managing your frontals .
3- We will not accept any returns or exchanges whereby the seal holding the hair is broken/ untied. This is due to Health & Safety requirements. All shipping/handling costs on refunds /returns would be borne by the buyer/customer. We advise you use a secure tracked service as we are not responsible for lost packages. If the returned/ refunded package is worn, broken seal or torn and not in original form. We reserve the right to refuse on exchange.
We would ensure that most products are available for purchase bearing in mind our delivery window of 3-6 working days. If
for any reason this is not met, we would contact the buyer via email or text message with two choices, Either to wait further for new delivery date or cancel your order with the full refund via same means of purchase.
