Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Amberhair Luxury, we are committed to providing high-quality human hair extensions. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer refunds or exchanges on unused items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • At our discretion, certain items may be eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days, subject to discussion with our customer care team.

  • To be eligible, products must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging, with the seal/band intact.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.


2. Frontals & Closures

  • Frontals and closures are included in the 14-day return/exchange policy, provided they are unused, unaltered, and sealed.

  • Due to their delicate and handmade nature, any item that has been worn, coloured, bleached, or had its seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, worn, or altered are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Items returned outside of the 14-day window (or agreed 30-day discretion) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping/handling costs.

  • We recommend using a secure tracked delivery service, as Amberhair Luxury cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.


5. Colouring & Product Care Disclaimer

  • While our extensions are designed to deliver excellent results, outcomes from dyeing, bleaching, or chemical treatments are beyond our control.

  • Amberhair Luxury cannot accept liability for damage, discolouration, shedding, or tangling caused by colouring, misuse, or improper care.

  • Customers are advised to consult a professional stylist experienced with extensions and to conduct a patch test before applying colour.
